Saturday’s dramatic 1-0 away win at Düsseldorf saw Dortmund extend their winning run to three games. Both sides looked to be walking away with a share of the points until Håland came on to score his 11th league goal in the 95th minute.
Dortmund also had a goal controversially ruled out after VAR had deemed Guerreiro to have handled the ball before scoring.
On Sunday afternoon Mainz lost 1-0 at home to Augsburg. After going behind in the 1st minute the home side could still not find a way to get back into the game. This makes the fight for survival a three-horse race between themselves, Düsseldorf and Werder Bremen.

Another player who will miss this game is on-loan Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi. The striker was taken off on a stretcher on Sunday against Augsburg with a concussion injury.
